I am Rachel and my aim is to help as many people as I can become healthier, become fitter and support them through everyday with encouragement! I want to help you live your best life!
In October 2017, I decided to become a Beachbody Coach. In all honesty, I was really unhappy with my weight, felt very unconfident in my own skin and wanted a solution that could help me.
I loved fitness and though I ate healthy, I continued to feel unhappy, unconfident and for my 5 foot 2” height, I was also overweight! (In fact, I had completed Insanity in 2012 – which is a Beachbody program by Shaun T, a Beachbody master trainer – long before Beachbody arrived in the UK as a business).
I was confused, needed help and liked the Beachbody offering as not only was it healthy eating but I could still work out which I loved to do!
Fast forward 3 months and I was 6 kilos down and then 5 months later I was 10 kilos down! I was sold, I knew this program worked. I was eating more than I ever did before, I was deprived of nothing (no food groups are not allowed! Yay!) and I knew then, I had to share this with everyone!
So know this, I don’t just ‘talk the talk’ I also ‘walk the walk’ – or as we say ‘I press play and keep my nutrition on track!’.
I have since started my own Beachbody coaching business – Rachelonlinefitness – my team are growing and I am proud of every single one of them. I am so grateful for this business as I have met some amazing people and know I have made lifelong friendships.

Who am I?
I am Rachel Pedrithes. Up until more recently, my main role was running a recruitment agency with my husband Neo, we have done this for over 10 years. We have 2 gorgeous children who are our world and sport & exercise are important to all of us.
My daughter was a swimmer for many years and now is a fitness enthusiast and my son, he is a football (soccer!) player. My husband has been his coach for over 10 years and he is now playing semi-pro.
I come from a large eclectic family, which I love and happiness and positivity are really important to me.
With regards to fitness, I have always loved being fit. I could quote many lines from any ‘Jane Fonda’ video, or from Davina’s fitness workouts, Cindy Crawford, Cher... you name it, if it was on Video or DVD in the 80s/90s, then I probably pressed play and followed it! However, I always felt unconfident and was never the weight and fitness I wanted to be.
At 44 I decided to join Beachbody. Why? Because I had tried everything else and wanted something that incorporated fitness and also did not tell me that I had to deplete certain food groups!
Now, here I am at 46 and I feel more confident, happier in my skin and I even like myself, more than I did in most of my younger years.
